Statistics are gathered for each completed volume (processed and sent to HD or stacks). The assistant may collect this information any way the assistant wantswishes. One method of collection is to save the duplicate barcode barcodes not used when volumes are barcoded for a general count. Statistics also includes the number of volumes receiving CMIs, phase boxes, prefabs, and envelopes.

Statistics Report Example

When collecting the information, indicate which volumes used a CMI, phase box, prefab, or envelope (Books)Tyvek envelope. Books with Tyvek envelopes are listed under Books. Report the information as indicated below:

Book Hospital (Total=90)
Books: 1
Prefab/CMI: 89
Phase boxes: 0

Email work statistics to the Technical Services Assistant every week or two weeks by email according to the instructions of the Technical Services Assistant.
