Move all internal file material you want to save to the curatorial file filed under the call-number or, in the Harvard Theatre Collection, under the collection name. Delete all old box lists that still exist in H: (only for Houghton collections) and also tell the MS Accessions Cataloger to update the HMA record if one exists
Fill-out and electronically file the collection processing sheet in the H: drive.
