A staff account is needed to access the Aeon Client (staff) application, or to access to the Aeon Customization Manager and Staff Manager applications. Note that special privileges and training are required to access the Customization Manager or Staff Manager applications.

User Permissions
- The default permissions assigned to Harvard staff are as follows:
- Staff will be assigned the Layout Template based on their department affiliantion.
- Only staff with special permissions and training will be provided access to Staff Manager and Customization Manager.
