The implementation of the new IIIF design redesign will be done as an accomplished using Agile Scaled Scrum framework. The Agile Scaled Scrum project , will consist consisting of three sub-projects, each with its own team. The sub-projects areof three teams:
- IIIF Asset Delivery
- IIIF Services
- IIIF Viewer
Each team will have a daily stand-up, while and a once-weekly Scaled Scrum standup will sync up the teams.
