For each file in the fileSec, we need to record the following information:
- Filename - from xlink:href value of file field
- Mime-type - from MIMETYPE value of file field
- ADMID value in file field. Valuies should start with amd_primary, amd_supplemental, or amd_license
- USE value of fileGrp field that contains the file. Values are CONTENT or LICENSE
- Filename - from xlink:href value of file field
