The digitization situation can be confusing, I agree, but it appears you have a good grip on how it should work. You should, indeed, enter Enter Aeon orders for the items, and get us send Imaging Services the billing code, then deliver the objects to us here in Widener G81. If you would like us to make the reproduction prints for you, we would want to know the exact size you desire (1:1, enlargement?, reduction?), and any other details, like border size or cropping, if any. You can try to put the information into the Aeon order itself, or, if each item will need its own order in Aeon, it might be easier to just send the instructions via email.Widener G81.
