Building Maintenance Requests
Lynn Sayers maintains a spreadsheet tracking requests maintenance and repair work around the building.
Quick Tips:
- If not already logged in to Office 365, you will be prompted to do so with your email address and password
- To edit the spreadsheet, select Edit Workbook > Edit in Browser to the right of the spreadsheet's title at the top-center of the screen
- All changes are saved in real-time; to close the spreadsheet, simply close the tab
- Each department has its own tab along the bottom, allowing the spreadsheet to be updated concurrently
- The initial request is supplied simply as a sample to suggest formatting; remove it once the first request has been added
- Once requests have been entered, notify Marty via emailAll maintenance and repair requests should be made with Lynn Sayers via email, phone, or in person.
