5. Enter first name, last name and optionally institution, and department
6. Click on "Search" link
7. in the list of proxy search results (below), click on the user you would like to add
** If a person is not found, user should put fewer search terms, such as Last Name or First + Last Name only. Including Department might give unexpected results **
8. The new user will appear in the list under "Users who can edit your profile" (in alpha order)
