Reserving a hoteling space is a quick and easy process that can be done via self-service. This document includes numerous screenshots that will guide you through the process.

2. After your successful login, you will click on the “Create a reservation” link found in the column on the left.

Now you can simply click the blue “Next Step” button on the right-hand side of the screen.

After you’ve done that the “Reservation Details” screen will appear as shown below.

- Type in a short phrase such as “[your name] onsite”
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and check off the box for terms and conditions
- Click on the green “Create Reservation” button on the right-hand side

Congratulations, you’re all done! You will see the Reservation Created screen shown below.
