2018 Budget Preparation

Image RemovedFor this year's budget planning, a single, master spreadsheet will be shared by all managers via OneDrive and Office 365. 

Quick Tips:

• If not already logged in to Office 365, you will be prompted to do so with your email address and password
• To edit the spreadsheet, select Edit Workbook > Edit in Browser to the right of the spreadsheet's title at the top-center of the screen
• All changes are saved in real-time; to close the spreadsheet, simply close the tab
• Each department has its own tab along the bottom, allowing the spreadsheet to be updated concurrently
• The initial request is supplied simply as a sample to suggest formatting; remove it once the first request has been added 
• Once requests have been entered, notify Marty via email

Lamont Library is a focal point for a wide array of services, programs, resources and spaces for the Harvard community and beyond. With its useful and ideal location in the southeast corner of the Yard and proximity to Houghton, Widener and Pusey Libraries, there is heavy daily traffic—especially from our undergraduate students. Lamont is a place for events, presentations, meetings, workshops, instruction, exhibits, training, student group projects, creating multimedia projects, individual research and quiet study. In keeping these activities humming and seeing that all building and operations problems and concerns are resolved, the Lamont Administration and Events Coordinator, Lynn Sayers (cell phone 617-866-0366; <sayers@fas.harvard.edu>) is the point person and primary contact for communication and coordination within Lamont Library.
