Valerie Sacchetti, Human Resources Administrator
Valerie provides partners with CADM/Library and FAS HR to provide HR administrative direction and support to Harvard Library and Harvard College Library managers.

HL and HCL managers and staff aligning processes with University, FAS HR and CADM guidelines, practices, procedures and systems. Valerie partners with HCL managers and consults with FAS HR to oversee administrative processes and system logistics regarding new positions, job grading, reclassifications, market and equity reviews, FLSA classification, and wage and salary administration, performance management, and issue resolution.

Annie Weiss, Human Resources Coordinator

Annie is responsible for PeopleSoft transactions, maintaining this Wiki, and information management for the HL HR Services department. She also provides support to various Human Resources functions and is available for general questions regarding employee resources.
 Aatiyah Paulding, HR Consultant and Classification Analyst (HCL/FAS)
As the HR Consultant for Harvard College Library (HCL), Aatiyah works with managers and staff on issues pertaining to performance management, employee and labor relations, policy interpretation, and compensation. 

 

Annie provides support for the HR team and HL employees through the employee lifecycle, including facilitating the on-and off-boarding programs, advising managers and staff on policies and procedures, triaging questions and concerns, and supporting organizational learning and development initiatives. Annie also provides interim consulting coverage for Preservation Services. If you have a question and you’re unsure who to ask, start with Annie.
