Overview
LTS has established a practice intended Maintenance Sprints are a two-week period of time where the team pauses on current project work to focus on emergent or standing issues in supported applications which fall outside the scope of that work. This aligns with standard HUIT practice to give regular attention to system maintenance, security issues, technical debt and , critical bugs, and enhancements –tied to time-sensitive goals and objectives–to for our many production systems. The entire LTS technical team will participate in quarterly maintenance sprints - typically two- or three-week sprints to work through a prioritized backlog of issues.
Definition of done for a maintenance Issues are collected in a backlog that are prioritized by the LTS Leadership Team (LTSLT) ahead of each sprint.
