The implementation of the new IIIF design will be done in three sub-projects, each with its own team. The following teams will be working on the implementationredesign will be accomplished using Agile Scaled Scrum framework. The Agile Scaled Scrum project will consist consisting of three teams:

Each team will have a daily stand-up, and a once-weekly Scaled Scrum standup will sync up the teams.
