Section for hwat to do when book IS disbound for scanning and is now in a box with other disbounds
- corinna has to add bib to prod and hol template with correct number
- de-accession from HD if that was perm loc
- delete item record in alma for disbound volume
- update hol
- $$b library-cod $$c HD $$h Box 1 (or appropriate number)
- with 977 linking to new collection-level record.. do this by using existing template to add constant 977 field
- Starting from hol with just 852, use Control+E to get template list, type 977 to get the template "977 for disbound reserves"
- save holdings
- if there were other copies on that hol that were not disbound for scanning, those will need a separate hol now
- item for box on collection-level record should have material type BOX

there will be a single collection level records to which all item records for boxes are attached, each lib will have its own hol
how to search alma by 977 field contents
go to Adv Search, Physical Titles, type 977 to see 977 field search option, enter collection level bib number. to limit to a single lib, add another search param for your lib
