Login requests

For Aeon, Alma, ArchivesSpace, DRS, and HART, contact Houghton's login liaisons (Associate Librarian for Technical Services and Metadata Librarian) with the email address associated with the user's HarvardKey account and an explanation of what permissions are neededsubmit a Houghton Login Request Form (form link also available on the Technical Services Department Forms wiki page). Accounts cannot be created before a user has a HarvardKey and the user's email address must be the one that is connected to HarvardKey while working at Houghton.

If a user will be working remotely, they will need to have the HUL tunnel added to their VPN login for ArchivesSpace and some other systems. VPN requests should be submitted to Houghton's IT liaison, the Director of Operations and Finance.

For OCLC accounts, contact the Head of the Rare Book Section.
