Project proposal / intake forms

  • EDIBA project proposals should be submitted using the Harvard Library EDIBA Digitization Project Form. Information about how the Harvard Library considers and supports EDIBA projects can be found on the library staff EDIBA digitization webpage. NOTE: A completed form will be shared with Imaging Services and / or Media Preservation, depending on services needed.
    • For other project proposals directed to Imaging Services, please complete the Harvard Library Imaging Services Digitization Project Proposal form.
