Addendum: Processing at HD
(notes as of August 2013)
Make arrangements to reserve processing space at HD as early as possible.
The space currently available is loading dock space, outfitted with tables, chairs, electrical outlets, and regular human temperature controls (not archival controls as in the modules).
If you need Aleph, ask to have ethernet cable connected to a dedicated Harvard jack made available.
Regular Paige #425 boxes are available through HD. Other sizes must be brought with you; or arrange well in advance for HD to transport them from Houghton to HD for your use.
Remember to bring, if necessary, folders and envelopes for rehousing, pencils, box cutter, scissors, measuring tape, scrap paper, laptop equipped with Aleph and power supply and mouse, bubblewrap...
Bring a bag lunch. In their kitchen, there is bottled water and brewed coffee, two microwaves, a sink, and two refrigerators.
