Paying bills for software and system access

The Harvard Library processes all invoices for Aeon.   Invoices should be forwarded to the attention of ??  Does this information from bills google doc need to go anywhere?  Some doesn't apply to this system, and some may not be for public consumption.

• What does it cost to maintain the system, and what are the specific cost elements?
• Who is responsible for paying internal and external system maintenance charges?
• For shared systems, what formula is used to fairly distribute costs among organizational units?
• What is the expected life of the system components (hardware and software)?
• What is a gross estimate of periodic ‘replacement’ costs, and how does the organization plan to set aside funds for these periodic spikes in system support costs?
