  • Performance management, everyone is done.
  • Fiscal year beginning next week, so it will be A20 and C20.
  • Lewis and James are meeting with Marilyn regarding routing slips in Aeon, he will invite Vernica for this exploratory meeting.
  • Veronica has started creating the FY20 statistics reports.
  • Two-page annual report, Susan will start a google document for and share it.
  • Tom will be sending out the professional development opportunity to staff shortly.
  • Lewis said that Sarah and Francis could help with cutting the baker rack libraries.
  • Adrien said that the internal accession files for the manuscripts will be moving over into Pusey from Leslie's office.
  • No one volunteered to be on a noise/privacy group. We will wait and see on how the noise and privacy goes over the next few weeks


Supplies

  • Lewis says that they can start receiving books starting at the end of the week of July 15.
  • We will send out the transitional supplies plan to TS for comment.
