Eligibility

1. Is the collection cataloged in one of the centrally supported systems?
   1. Alma (HOLLIS)
   2. Archives Space (HOLLIS for Archival Discovery)
   3. JSTOR (HOLLIS Images)
2. Will the digitized content be deposited in the DRS?
   1. Who is the library sponsor?
   2. Do they have a registered owner in the DRS?
   3. The library sponsor is responsible for the ongoing DRS charges.
3. Will the digitized content be made accessible?
   1. Is this content in the public domain? See Harvard's Digitized Content Copyright & Viewer Terms of Use.
   2. If not, will we make it available on demand?
   3. Is this digitization for preservation purposes?
