Preliminary Steps for Studio Orders

Before writing the order, note the following:

• • The type of material: bound, loose, photographic, transparency, etc.
  • The size. See Imaging Service's price list for studio pricing by type and size.
  • Is there illumination, gold or reflective material?
  • Does the patron want scans or prints?
  • Number of electronic files. 30 images or less can be delivered by “Electronic Delivery”. More than 30 images must be sent by Flash Drive.
  • Does it have foldouts, or double-page spreads?
  • Add any flags necessary to complete the order.
