Pre-Imaging Workflow - Creating and Managing Patron Orders

Houghton Library receives digitization requests directly from patrons. These requests follow the Over the Counter, or OTC, workflow, and are managed by the Digitization Coordinator. Orders are processed by the Digitization Coordinator and student workers.
