Go to the Order-Submitted Queue.
Open and review the request. Adjust and move any information in the wrong field. Move any item numbers into the Folder/Item field.
Navigate to the Catalog Search tab and use the buttons on top or search field to locate the catalog record.
Open the catalog record.
Import the information from the catalog record with the Import button on the right. This may override or add information to the request.
If the request has AS in the sub location field, then navigate to the ArchiveSpace Containers field and import the corresponding box.
If multiple non-consecutive item numbers exist, you will need to clone them and make new requests.
If the material is boxed, keep the box number in the volume/box field and move the item identifier (number in the parentheses), next to it.
1. Example: Box 4: 15.
Move the circulation queue to Awaiting Request Processing - Reviewed or Awaiting HD Processing, if from HD.
