Smart Restart

• On July 6th Susan, Naomi, and Kate will be doing a walk through of Houghton spaces with Andy Laplume. Send Susan any questions you have prior. 
• Tentatively thinking about 4 hour shifts so folks don’t have to worry about places for lunch. There will be a balance of who is onsite. We haven’t heard from HR about the results of the survey, which will help with planning. 
• 6 priorities outlined by Tom and SMG: construction, support of remote teaching and learning, and then potentially acquisitions. In terms of acquisitions, we are only concerned about material where commitments were made before the pandemic. Still have a moratorium on purchases, gifts, etc. Collections Division needs to speak with Tom prior to making any commitments. Folks onsite for processing/cataloging does fall below these priorities.
• All plans are temporary. 
• Change Annalisa’s workstation to where Rona was sitting to better space out processing archivists. 
• Before anyone goes back, TS Dept. will have a meeting to discuss norms and procedures.
