    • Some conversation about oversized materials with restrictions
  • Management
    • New series for TS heads to start
    • Future considerations - combined wiki at some point
  • Media holdings (onsite/HD; enclosures; formats)
    • Let’s solidify a policy, document it, and communicate it widely.
    • May want to hold off until Media Preservation staff comes on - at the end of hiring process for new Weissmann staff member
  • WPR Bluestar sublocation designation for onsite materials
    • OK to use GEN and shelve with other items with accession numbers
    • Use up all WPR barcodes for all WPR items; when we run out, use Houghton barcodes.
  • Bookplate/ownership label project - next steps
    • Form a small group to finalize the discussion of combining bookplate and ownership information on one label
    • Pilot using one label with Gatsos books
