VII. Collections Control

This section explains current collections control practices managed by the end processor, including managing collection location and containers in ArchivesSpace, handling shelving of single items via prefix and call number, and how to use Aeon in relationship with archival end processing if you aren't part of the archival processing team. It also describes current best practices for tracking transfers within the Manuscript Section; and for tracking transfers between the Manuscript Section and other departments.
