ArchivesSpace (ASpace) is an open-source collection-management application for use with archives and special collections. ASpace provides broad, integrated support for managing archival records and manuscript collections, including digitized objects and generating finding aids. The ASpace application is community-supported software that is institutionally hosted by Lyrasis.
This wiki site offers Harvard-specific guidance for getting up and running in ASpace, entering data according to best practices, and requesting support. It also links out to the ArchivesSpace.org Help Center which includes a user manual and training videos on using the system.
