Cataloging Statistics dashboard in HART

The dashboard has two pages: Cataloging Statistics and Cataloging Statistics Errors - 920 Errors (see images below).

Cataloging Statistics

Cataloging Statistics page is modeled after the Cataloging Statistics dashboard in Alma Analytics. Results can be filtered by any of the 920 values, as well as by Year, Month, Language and Material Type. By default the dashboard displays statistics for active holdings created in the current month-to-date. Default dates can be removed manually or by selecting Reset > Clear All. Columns that are hidden by default but can be added to the display are: Number of 920 Fields, Sequence, Title - Display, Title - Script Display, Reporting Code 909 $k, Reporting Code 909 $m.

Cataloging Statistics - 920 Data Entry Errors

Data on this page is for 920 fields that do not meet one of the following required conditions. When errors identified on this page are corrected in Alma the corrected 920 will be included on the Cataloging Statistics page. Like any other changes in Alma, corrections will take 2-3 days to appear on the dashboard.   

• Subfield d contains a valid date. The string in subfield d can be eight digits (CCYYMMDD) or six digits (CCYYMM)

• Subfield a code and delimiters exist and the subfield has content

• Subfield e code and delimiters exist the subfield contains a two character code
