Library Guest Terminals
How to Request Registration for Guest Terminals
To request access to Harvard-Wide Licensed E-resources at guest terminals at your library, please submit a ticket to LTS through the Support Center. When you submit your ticket, be sure to include the following:
Permanent/reserved IP address for the computer(s) – confirm with your local IT field support team that the IP is reserved or access may not work
Computer name – find this in the system information settings for the computer
Library name

LTS maintains a list of primary contacts for each library. Changes to Library Guest Terminal registrations or use will be sent to these contacts for distribution throughout the library. (If additional staff should be notified directly for your unit, please submit an LTS support ticket with the contact name and library name.)
