A couple of general notes:

• Preservation Services staff should never CLEAR a user. Aeon account holders may request reproductions of library materials without being "cleared". "Cleared" users become eligible to examine special collections within library reading rooms, and only a select few library staff are authorized to clear users.
• Every order placed for reproduction services must include the exact "Owning Repository" code, as defined by Aleph. The list of permissible codes can be found here:  https://goo.gl/MzLOax
