DRS2 WebAdmin

  1. Cannot download files in bulk - only objects
  2. Updating an object more than once, like changing labels on pages in a PDS object, requires waiting for an unknown amount of time between edits
  3. Cannot download single large files – need to use bulk object download instead 
  4. Cannot change the Storage classification for a group of files
    1. Files need to have a DE (deliverable) or RE (repurposable) storage classification in order to be available for delivery 
  5. There are file count differences in Advanced Search vs Owner accounts 
  6. Using add file to replace an image in PDS objects doesn't always result in a file being available in delivery.

DRS2 Batch loading

  1. Newly deposited files aren’t always quickly available for delivery 
  2. Deposits sometimes fail with a Wordshack error
  3. Deposits with large files or large numbers of objects fail
  4. Deposits over 2GB to secure storage fail
  5. Deposits sometimes fail because of an erroneous virus report for a file - CompletedÂ
