Fulfillment Working Group

Charge

Reporting to the Alma Executive Oversight Committee (EOC), the Fulfillment Working Group will evaluate and inform the use of Alma Fulfillment and Leganto functions. The scope of work includes the use of Alma for circulation, resource sharing, course reserves, and collection and inventory management activities. This group will:

Develop Expertise

  • Develop expert level knowledge of related Alma functions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine Access Services needs
  • Review and test quarterly Alma enhancements
  • Recommend enhancement implementations

Documentation & Communication

  • Maintain and develop local documentation
  • Maintain and develop training materials
  • Liaise with Analytics and Reporting Working Group to inform planning for analytics or repository reports, dashboards, and widgets
  • Liaise with the Technical Services Working Group to inform cross function workflows
  • Provide updates and documentation to Academic Technology staff
  • Gather and track issues for ExLibris for existing Alma functions and enhancement requests

Special Projects

  • Form ad hoc, short-term advisory and project groups as needed when broader input or project work is required
