Awaiting HD PickupRequests for materials that are ready to be returned to HD.
Awaiting HD ProcessingNew requests for materials that are held at HD. Requests are automatically routed to this queue when they are submitted if they have HD, depository, or offsite in the Sublocation field.
Awaiting Immediate ProcessingNew requests submitted by/for users who are currently signed into the reading room.
Awaiting Item ReshelvingRequests for materials that should be reshelved.
Awaiting Request ProcessingDefault status for new requests.
Awaiting Request Processing - ReviewedRequests that have been reviewed by staff, but not yet retrieved.
Awaiting User ReviewRequests that have been kept for the user's review and not yet submitted for processing.
Being SearchedRequests for materials that could not be initially located when staff tried to retrieve them and staff might continue to search for them for several days.
Cancelled by StaffRequests that were cancelled by a staff member.
Cancelled by UserRequests that were cancelled by the patron.
External Restrictions Review in ProcessRequests that are awaiting approval from a person/group external to the library before the patron may use materials.
Immediate Problem RequestsRequests for materials that may be in use already and where the user is currently signed into the reading room. See the description for Problem Requests for more information.
Imported From Legacy SystemRequests that have been imported into Aeon from other systems.
In AudiopreservationRequests where materials are at Media Preservation Services.
In BinderyRequests where materials are at a bindery.

Out of Library UsageRequests where materials are checked out by patrons and taken out of the library.
Problem RequestsNew requests where either the call number field is blank or the call number or HOLLIS id matches that of at least one other outstanding request. If the call number or HOLLIS id matches another request, the item may already be in use elsewhere.
Problem Requests for ActivityNew requests for activities where either the call number field is blank or the call number or HOLLIS id matches that of at least one other outstanding request. If the call number or HOLLIS id matches another request, the item may already be in use elsewhere.
Remove from HoldRequests where the patron has indicated by clicking on the Remove from Hold link in HOLLIS Special Request that she no longer needs the materials held for her.
Request FinishedRequests that have been closed out.
Request MergedRequests that are inactive because they have been merged with other requests to create a new request.
Request Record OpenNew requests that have not been processed yet appear in this queue when a staff member has the request record open.

4 - Order Payment ReceivedPhotoduplication orders for which payment has been received but order has not been put into production.
5 - Order In ProductionPhotoduplication orders that are currently being imaged.
6 - Order DeliveredPhotoduplication orders that have been delivered. Staff can leave orders in this queue until they automatically route to finished.
6a - Post Digital Capture ServicesPhotoduplication orders that have been delivered, but require post-processing by Imaging Services.
7 - Order FinishedPhotoduplication orders that are finished.
7a - Order Finished with ProblemsPhotoduplication orders that are finished but where full payment has not been received.
Awaiting Order SubmittalPhotoduplication orders that have been initialized by staff and should be routed to 1 - Order Submitted; patron orders submitted via the web skip this step.
Order Cancelled by StaffPhotoduplication orders that were cancelled by a staff member.
Order Cancelled by UserPhotoduplication orders that were cancelled by the patron.
