Atlas BI
Atlas provides access to the Atlas BI reporting platform for standard reporting needs. Reports include:
- Activity Analytics
- Reading Room Analytics
- Reading Room Collection Use Analytics
- User Analytics
Login to the Atlas BI interface to see a full list of reports. Report examples are also described in the Atlas documentation and more information about working with the reports can be found on the AtlasBI basics page.
To get access to Atlas BI, contact the Harvard Aeon primary support person. Access to Atlas BI is tied to your Aeon client account. Once your access is enabled, you can login using your Aeon client username and password.
Other Reporting Options
You can access Aeon data through other reporting platforms, including Microsoft Access, R, and Tableau, via an ODBC connection. Atlas provides documentation on configuring an ODBC connection and the Harvard Aeon primary support person can provide the credentials to access the data source.
