Printing a bib or holding

To print a bib or holdings record, view the record in Alma (not the Metadata Editor), then use the browser's print function.

Bib example:

  1. Use the Physical Titles or All Titles search type to find the bib
  2. Click on the title in the search result to get to the Record View (view-only mode for bib records)
  3. Use Control+P. 

Holding example:

  1. Use the Physical Titles or All Titles search type to find the holdings record
  2. Click on the ID number of the holding in the search result to get to the Record View (view-only mode for holdings records)
  3. Use Control+P.Â
