OCLC LHR Data Sync - Alma export and data mapping
OCLC LHR Data Sync files are processed on the 10th of every month. Local holdings records (LHRs) are separate holdings records attached to a related WorldCat bibliographic record that provide holdings details beyond your OCLC institution symbol. More at OCLC

Logical sets for LHR Publishing
OCLC LHR Data Sync for new holdings - selects bibs with an unsuppressed holding for an eligible library where there is an OCLC number in the holding (which indicates it has been through Bibliographic Data Sync) but there is no LHR number in the holding. OCLC number in holdings are in local field 904. LHRN are in holdings local field 990. Both are indexed.
OCLC LHR Data Sync for updated holdings (including deletes) - selects bibs with an unsuppressed holding for an eligible library where there is both an OCLC number in the holding and a LHRN in the holding.
Alma Publishing profiles for LHR
Publishing profiles for new and for updated/deleted LHR are the same except that the profile for new LHR republishes every time it runs, and the update runs incrementally to get any holding that has been changed or deleted since the last time it ran.
