Service Description
A set of online resources licensed from third-party providers specifically for Harvard alumni. Alumni can only access these resources through the links listed at Harvard Library - Use Harvard Library as an Alum. These alumni resources are licensed and accessed separately from resources for current Harvard affiliates and are not searchable in HOLLIS or other library discovery tools.

Authorized Users Table
The table below shows the specific Harvard affiliations that are authorized for access to licensed alumni e-resources. library. User authorization is defined and maintained in Harvard Grouper based on current Harvard affiliation. Affiliation status in Grouper is managed directly by the Harvard Alumni Association and HUIT IAM.
Any Harvard affiliations not specifically listed as authorized here do not have access.
Grouper Update Cycle
User data in Grouper reference groups are updated on an overnight cycle, so new/updated user access based on reference affiliation will typically be active by the following morning.
