Bulk Downloads from Workspace
A user may find that they need to download objects from DRS3, either in singles or in bulk. These instructions pertain specifically to the DRS3 Workspace interface. Archive interface instructions will be separate.
Starting in the relevant container, the user should identify the object(s) they wish to download.
From here, single-click the object(s) to highlight. To select multiples, hold down the Command (Mac) or Control (Win) button. This will enable the “Download” button in the menu bar.
From here, simply click the “Download” button, and the objects will save to your downloads folder with the same filename you used within DRS3. As a note, if you have selected a large volume, it may take a while.
The objects will download together in a single folder named after the first object in the grouping. However, if you open up that folder, you will see all of the objects together.
