Send to Archive

After you have applied all your metadata, and any appropriate structure, and your object is ready to be populated to the downstream delivery services, it is time to “Send to Archive.”

1. Select your object. This will enable the “ARCHIVE” function.

2. Run the “ARCHIVE” function by clicking the blue Run button.

3. You can verify that this function ran correctly by selecting the object, and checking in the metadata pane in the lower right corner. A new metadata field called “Archive Status” will be populated the time and date the function completed.
