Objects assigned to DRS2 Content Models “Collection” (CMID-10.0), “Email Message” (CMID-9.0), and “Packet” (CMID-11.0) have been consolidated into a single new DRS3 Resource Type, “Email.”
Note that while there is a DRS2 Content Model “Collection” (CMID-10.0) and a DRS3 Resource Type “Collection,” they are not equivalent. The DRS2 “Collection” referred to the full group of files within an EAS email deposit. The DRS3 “Collection” refers to a group of (potentially) mixed materials that are curatorially related.
