The submissions process is a multi-step one, summarized below. For more detailed information on any step, see child pages.

  1. Submitter fills out CURIOSity Project Submission form and creates a list (preferably in spreadsheet form) of all the digital objects included in the proposed site
    1. List should include a) object ID, in the form of Hollis Numbers and/or Ref IDs & b) object title
  2. Digital Collection Program Manager shares submission with Review Committee and schedules time to review and decide
  3. Approved submissions are submitted by the Digital Collections Program Manager via the CURIOSity Request Form
    1. DCPM will fill out form using the information submitted, and listing the submitter as the "curator" for the site
  4. Submitter will follow rest of steps in collaboration with the CURIOSity Service team
