Guider is a powerful tool for image quality tasks. We can use it to monitor the dome seeing MOSS beam centroids. We can use the motion properties of stars vs. separation to separate dome vs. upper atmosphere seeing.

We need to learn how to 1) access, 2) analyze, and 3) store flux and centroid information from a cube of guider frames.
