Login requests
For Alma, ArchivesSpace, DRS, and HART, contact Houghton's login liaisons (Associate Librarian for Technical Services and Metadata Librarian) with the email address associated with the user's HarvardKey account and an explanation of what permissions are needed. Accounts cannot be created before a user has a HarvardKey. If a user will be working remotely, they will need to have the HUL tunnel added to their VPN login for ArchivesSpace and some other systems.
For OCLC accounts, contact the Head of the Rare Book Section.
For Aeon accounts, see the Houghton Public Services Aeon Overview and Getting Started page.
