10. Archivists complete work on finding aid and follow normal process to ingest finding aid into ArchiveSpace. Once finding aid is posted; archivists communicate the component id#s of each E# to digital archivist for use in DRS depositing. (You can find the component IDs by clicking "download CSV" at the top of the finding aid once it's online. An Excel spreadsheet will show component IDs for every <c> in the finding aid. Ask your team lead, Johanna, Paula, or Jen W. if you need help with this piece of the process.) If you are wokring with digital photos or A/V, discuss with Joanne how to mark and transfer files to her.
