Post-Imaging Workflow Outline

  1. Receive and open DRS reports in Outlook.
  2. Using the DRS Report, copy image or object URN/s from email into spreadsheet.
  3. Link material in ALEPH Alma or ArchivesSpace.
  4. Test links and QC images.
  5. Email links to patrons. Use Aeon email templates "HOU - Link Delivery" or HOU - Link, 2 week"
  6. Update tracking spreadsheet.
  7. Save DRS report.
