  1. Use the Request Item button in HOLLIS..
  2. Follow these instructions to make it into a Photoduplication Request.
  3. In the client, go to the Photoduplication Instructions field include the billing code, as well as any instructions for the Reproductions Coordinstor.Then Initialize PhotoduplicationCoordinator.
  4. Print the call slip.
  5. Once the item is delivered to you add any necessary flags. 
  6. Bring the item to the Reproductions Coordinator.
