Purpose: This document is meant to replace the Born-Digital Dealer/Donor Questionnaire, which is now depreciateddeprecated. This questionnaire should be filled out during acquisition and should help guide Houghton staff in preparing born-digital content for safe transfer. The information ascertained from these questions helps facilitate and ensure proper and thorough transfer and processing of born-digital content. Please note that delays in properly processing and capturing the content may result if this information is not gathered and sent to the Digital Archivist.
