Tell the Senior Manuscript Cataloger that the collection is done and ask for the final version to be posted to OASIS. The completion will be announced to the staff on the Houghton blog, on the Houghton web-site. Now delete ALL copies of your finding aid as the official version is now stored by OIS in the OASIS server. If you later need to make a correction to this finding aid, the Senior Manuscript Cataloger (and can be accessed at any timesome designated others in the Manuscript Section) can download a copy for you.
