Each volume should have its own item record. The item record should include the volume information in both the "Description" field and in the appropriate "Enumeration levels" if necessary. See the ALEPH Item Processing Guide for more information.
After creating the first item record, click Duplicate to create new item records for each piece. Update the Enumeration, Chronology and Description fields as needed to match each piece.
