2. From Microforms: MICGEN MICHD MICRD MICREF; 
   locations which will not be migrated (no/few items): MICRR CDDOC DOCDI. Any items in these locations will be consolidated into other locations. CDDOC = migrated to LAM DOCCD.

   1. Note to Corinna: make sure the MIC holdings all have 007 to indicate MF format
3. Note: items in ERROR or UNASSIGNED (system default) locations will not be migrated (errors will instead be resolved to put items in correct locations).
